Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with EthicFiber! We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible while ensuring full transparency and compliance with EU consumer protection laws.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing time of 2–5 business days after the order is placed. During this time, we meticulously prepare, pack, and hand off your items to our trusted shipping partners.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Delivery Timeframes & Our Delivery Obligation
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes below. Please note that "business days" typically exclude weekends and public holidays.

Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): 8 – 18 business days

Other countries & outer islands: 10 – 20 business days
Important EU Legal Obligation: In accordance with EU consumer law, we are legally obliged to deliver the goods to you without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day after the contract is concluded (i.e., the day after you place your order), unless we have agreed a different delivery time with you. If we are unable to deliver your order within this 30-day period, we will inform you.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and can vary due to factors beyond our control such as customs delays, severe weather conditions, or unusually high seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed and added to your total order cost at checkout before you confirm your purchase. There will be no hidden fees.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 2–4 business days for the tracking information to update within the carrier's system. If your tracking number doesn't work right away, don't worry – it often takes a little time for the carrier to register and display the initial status.
5. Delays & Non-Delivery (Risk of Loss)
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any issues.
Risk of Loss: Under EU law, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), have acquired physical possession of the goods. This means we are responsible for your order until it is successfully delivered to you.
If your order seems significantly delayed or is missing:

If we fail to deliver the goods within the 30-day period (or agreed extended period), you have the right to request that we make the delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances. If we still fail to deliver the goods within that additional period, you have the right to terminate the contract. In such a case, we will refund all payments made under the contract without undue delay.

If the delay is due to the shipping carrier or a package is lost in transit, please contact us at ethicfiber@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, if necessary, initiate a claim or arrange for a replacement shipment at no extra cost to you, as the risk of loss remains with us until delivery.
